As a Client Support Account Manager, you will assist existing clients with resolving issues and offer solutions to drive company revenue.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with clients.
  • Liaison between clients and internal staff to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions to meet clients' needs.
  • Source product and set up new accounts in our proprietary web-based software.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Thoroughly communicate through email, phone, and online presentations and meetings.
  • Enhance the department and organization's reputation by accepting ownership for new requests to add value to job accomplishments.
  • Previous experience is a plus but not required.
  • Intermediate level of knowledge of Excel is required.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while paying strict attention to detail and on-time delivery.
