Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Partner

Location: NEAR the South Bend, IN Area - Hybrid

Are you a dynamic and experienced Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Partner looking for a new challenge? We are seeking a talented individual and drive the recruitment efforts for a leading global company. This role will be based out of the Elkhart IN area for this hybrid role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various roles within the organization.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure a strong pipeline of qualified applicants.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide expert guidance throughout the hiring process.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to reach a diverse pool of candidates.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities and candidate interactions.
  • Foster positive relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • 5-10 years of proven experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Partner, preferably within the manufacturing or similar industry.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
