Talent Acquisition Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Recruiting Manager to join our team at Les Schwab Tire Center. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for designing and executing effective sourcing, recruiting, hiring, and onboarding strategies to meet our talent needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to support hiring managers across various locations.
- Design and scale recruiting support programs to meet growing and changing needs.
- Develop and maintain an innovative recruitment marketing strategy, including candidate sourcing approaches, social media, content development, and employee referral programs.
- Monitor and improve the candidate experience, including the applicant tracking system, pre-hire assessments, hiring workflow, and interview process.
- Establish strategies to increase diversity in the candidate pool.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of HR experience, with 3+ years of management experience preferred.
- SPHR, PHR, SHRM-SCP, or SHRM-CP certification preferred.
