We are accepting applications for a PRN Human Resource Director. This position is contract based and will require travel to the necessary facilities when needed. The ideal candidate will have skills and experience in leadership, problem solving, critical thinking, and strategic planning. We are looking for someone who will align with our company's culture and values to provide quality HR services to our clients by striving for excellence through servant leadership. 


Job Duties: 

  • Responsible for facilitating HR projects for clients while maintaining a high level of quality, professionalism, and efficient turnaround.
  • Cultivates and strengthens relationships with clients by anticipating and addressing their needs.
  • Effectively manages time spent on projects for each client and prioritizes responsibilities well.
  • Prepares reports that identify the initial needs of the client and how projects have solved them.
  • Develops, coordinates, and recommends changes for operational improvement. 


Job Requirements & Skills: 

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field.  
  • Experience and knowledge in the Human Resources field. 
  • Leadership and project management experience.  
  • Self-motivated and hard-working both individually and in team environments.  
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to problem solve efficiently and effectively. 
  • Able to prioritize and balance multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal, relational, and presentation skills. 
  • Flexible and adaptable while able to create and refine structure and efficiencies.  
  • Willing to engage in same-day travel weekly to monthly and minimal overnight travel.
