About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Human Resource Recruitment Coordinator to join our team at All Ways Caring HomeCare. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing support to our local branch through various aspects of administration, employee recruitment, screening, hiring, record keeping, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent
  • Represent the branch in job fairs and on-site events to promote our company culture and values
  • Ensure HR compliance and maintain accurate records of employee data
  • Enhance candidate experience through effective communication and conflict resolution skills
  • Diversify outreach efforts on social media to attract a diverse pool of candidates
  • Collaborate with talent acquisition teams to identify and hire compassionate individuals who are eager to serve our clients
  • Perform data entry, coordinate trainings, and other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED required; some college courses completed or a two- or four-year college degree preferred
  • Minimum of one year of office administration, recruiting, and/or human resources experience
  • Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office software
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work responsibly with confidential information
  • Accountable, reliable, and ability to work independently with good judgment
  • Successful completion of pre-employment background check
