Marcum Search has been engaged by our client, located in Nassau to join their team as an Accounts Payable Coordinator. This is a high volume, manufacturing, repair service organization.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and process invoices
  • 3 way matching within and outside the system
  • Making sure all invoices are properly coded to the correct jobs and have been properly signed off on.

Requirements, the ideal candidate will have

  • 4+ years experience
  • 3 way matching experience is a must.
  • Must be able to handle a high volume of tasks in a fast paced environment.
  • Must be computer savvy with good Excel skills.
  • Must be able to understand the general ledger entries, prepaids, accruals, cap expenses.
  • Knowledge of job costing is a plus.
  • Must be organized, able to prioritize.


Position is on site.

Salary range is estimated between $55-$70K
