Position SummaryThe Billing Analyst plays a crucial role in managing billing processes and vendor payments. This position involves addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues through our support systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and be adept at navigating various systems to extract and interpret data.
Key ResponsibilitiesBilling Analysis:- Examine and assess customer billing statements to detect discrepancies or unusual charges.
- Resolve billing issues by collaborating with internal teams and external vendors.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of billing information across multiple systems.
- Track and analyze vendor payments to guarantee timely and precise processing.
- Address payment discrepancies by coordinating with vendors and internal departments.
- Maintain comprehensive records of vendor transactions and communications.
- Handle customer inquiries and support tickets related to billing and payments professionally and promptly.
- Provide clear explanations and resolutions to customers regarding their accounts and billing issues.
- Escalate complex matters to the appropriate departments as necessary.
- Utilize various software systems to retrieve, analyze, and update billing and payment data.
- Maintain a solid understanding of the systems utilized for billing and vendor payments.
- Generate regular reports on billing and payment activities, highlighting any issues or trends.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions within the support system.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in billing, accounts payable, or a related field, along with a High School Diploma/GED. An A.S. or B.A. degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred.

- This is a full-time remote position.
- Standard office hours will align with US Eastern Standard Time Zone.
