Ingleside Homes, a leading provider of housing and healthcare for at-risk seniors, is currently seeking a full-time Healthcare Sales Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for working with the Director of Marketing and Sales and the Community Outreach Coordinator to manage census by initiating and maintaining long-term relationships with key referral sources. This will include generating leads, scheduling tours, scheduling evaluations of potential residents, developing educational presentations and advancing the sales application process for Ingleside's 3 facilities. Qualified applicants will have an associates degree or higher in Human Services, Social Work or a related field, an understanding of Medicaid and regulations governing HUD-subsidized communities, and prior related social work and/or sales experience. Ingleside offers a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, company-matched 403b retirement plan, and generous paid time off and holidays.
