Ingleside Homes, a leading provider of housing and healthcare for at-risk seniors, is currently seeking a full-time Leasing Manager / Sales Manager to join our team. We are looking for candidates with previous experience in one or more of the following fields - Apartment Leasing/Real Estate, Social Work, Elder Law/Paralegal, Sales, Assisted Living Facilities, Marketing, or Admissions. 

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct tours for prospective residents of Ingleside Retirement Apartments and Ingleside Assisted Living
  • Manage census by initiating and maintaining relations with organizations, hospital, and other referral sources in order to generate admissions to the community and provision of Home Care services
  • Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key-referral sources (ex. Hospital/Rehab Admissions) to expand potential client sources
  • Generate leads, schedule tours, advance the sales application process for Ingleside Retirement Apartments, Ingleside Assisted Living and Ingleside Homecare
  • Develop educational presentations that ensure the community's image and reputation are well-received to make the community the desired option for prospective residents and their families 

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in real estate, apartment leasing, social work, sales, assisted living facilities, marketing, elder law/paralegal, or other related fields 
  • An associate's degree or higher (preferred)
  • Medicaid knowledge (preferred)
  • Understanding of HUD properties (preferred)
