Job DescriptionJob Description Miami Lakes Hotel is a destination designed for the business and leisure traveler alike. Our hotel is unique as we are the only full-service hotel resort in the Miami Lakes area. Located on Main Street, guests can enjoy a variety of upscale shops, a 17-Cineplex movie theater, and over a dozen restaurants all just steps away from our door.

Responsibilities:

  • Individual will provide assistance to guests in a professional and friendly manner
  • Responsibilities include check-in/check-out process, billing, checking registration cards for accuracy, reviewing occupancy daily, handling cash/credit/house-charge transactions answering phones in friendly/helpful manner and answering to guest needs/questions.
  • Cover for Reservations Agent as needed

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • High School degree required
  • Hospitality Management degree preferred
  • 1 year in Front Office/Reservations role in Hospitality, preferably Front Office environment
  • Opera software experience preferred, Bi-lingual (Spanish) a plus.
  • Must be computer literate


Full Time schedule; flexible AM/PM shifts including weekends.
