Guest Services Representative

Responsibilities:
- Individual will provide assistance to guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Responsibilities include check-in/check-out process, billing, checking registration cards for accuracy, reviewing occupancy daily, handling cash/credit/house-charge transactions answering phones in friendly/helpful manner and answering to guest needs/questions.
- Cover for Reservations Agent as needed
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- High School degree required
- Hospitality Management degree preferred
- 1 year in Front Office/Reservations role in Hospitality, preferably Front Office environment
- Opera software experience preferred, Bi-lingual (Spanish) a plus.
- Must be computer literate
Full Time schedule; flexible AM/PM shifts including weekends.
