Role Overview:

As a Guest Services Representative, you will be the face of Sonder, actively engaging with guests and providing exceptional service throughout the city. This dynamic position is ideal for individuals who enjoy a fast-paced environment and take pride in delivering outstanding guest experiences. You will be a meticulous individual who excels in resolving guest inquiries and fulfilling requests efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Address daily guest inquiries and concerns, adhering to the Sonder Service Principles.
  • Facilitate a seamless guest experience, ensuring a memorable first impression.
  • Assist in troubleshooting minor maintenance and technology challenges, such as upholstery cleaning, light bulb changes, and connectivity issues.
  • Conduct quality audits and inventory assessments in our properties to maintain high hospitality standards and provide timely feedback to our partners.
  • Support inventory management tasks, including preparing turnover kits, receiving shipments, and monitoring the use of linens and consumables.
  • Maintain organization in workspaces, including offices and storage areas, as assigned.
  • Travel to various Sonder locations within the local area as needed.

Qualifications:

  • A guest-focused and positive attitude.
  • Strong organizational skills, with a detail-oriented approach.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in problem-solving, with the willingness to seek assistance when necessary.
  • Comfortable using mobile applications for team communication and collaboration.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
  • Physical capability to lift and carry items, as well as stand or walk for extended periods.
  • 2+ years of experience in hospitality, customer service, or related fields.
