Our Wealth Management Administrator plays a crucial role and is absolutely central to implementing our growth strategy.  The ideal candidate is one that is committed to making a positive difference for our clients in the wealth management industry/their financial situations, while providing exceptional customer service. Maintaining a high level of accuracy, professionalism, discretion and confidentiality is of utmost importance.   

Responsibilities include
•    Communicate (verbal and written) with clients to assist with account transactions 
•    Open accounts and complete applications with high accuracy, and follow-up to ensure timely processing
•    Light cCalendar management for our advisors (scheduling client appointments/luncheons etc and other items)
•    Provide tax documents, statements, and information to clients’ accountants with proper authorization
•    Process charitable giving requests, including grants and contributions
•    Oversee and execute transactional account activity and money movement requests
•    Assist with enrolling and helping clients with online access to their accounts
•    Provide administrative support as necessary (drafting correspondence, creating spreadsheets, addressing mail, ordering supplies, etc.); must be familiar with Microsoft Office products. 
•    Build our brand and promote our services through website management, social media, and other mediums, while adhering to compliance requirements
•    Create and manage outgoing client communications (bulk emails and newsletters; recognize client birthdays and other milestones)
•    Substantial database management / experience with Redtail CRM, Wealthscape, and Envestnet is a plus
•    Plan events for holidays and client engagement
•    Communicate effectively via messaging, phone, email, and in person
•    Contribute as a team member and assist others with tasks as needed
•    Foster good relationships with clients, and our professional connections

Qualifications
•    Minimum of high school diploma
•    Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
•    Excellent telephone etiquette
•    Professional demeanor and a high level of customer service skills
•    Computer knowledge and experience using Microsoft Suite
•    Strong organizational and time-management skills
•    The highest level of confidentiality and discretion
•    Ability to multi-task and possess the ability to manage priorities
•    Ability to work both independently and collaboratively 
•    Dependable, respectful, and consistently works to uphold our firm's ethics and standards
