In this pivotal role, you will work in close partnership with our Regional Chief Medical Officer and Medical Staff Leaders to ensure the effective management of our services and initiatives. Your expertise will be essential in upholding compliance with industry regulations and accreditation standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with credentialing professionals to resolve and document application-related concerns
  • Perform audits on initial and recredentialing submissions
  • Oversee reappointments to align with industry benchmarks
  • Offer guidance on various IT matters in the absence of the Director
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a Healthcare-related discipline
  • CPMSM certification is mandatory
  • Familiarity with industry regulations and standards
  • A minimum of five years of experience in a healthcare facility
  • Proven managerial experience
  • Expertise in Medical Staff Credentialing and regulatory compliance
