Project Manager II (non-IT)

12+ months Contract

Location: Mettawa, IL - Onsite / Hybrid - 3 Days Onsite / 2 Remote
 

Contract: 1 year - based on performance and business needs

What I’m looking for:
• 5-10 years of advertising agency experience (within the last 3-5 years) within account/client services
• 1-5 years of pharmaceutical (not healthcare) experience within the agency
• No media account managers, no creative department managers, no advertising sales folks
• Open to ‘strategy’ folks, but need to have recent account experience
• Recent titles include: Account Supervisor, Account Director, VP/AS, Managing Director

What are the top 3-5 skills requirements should this person have?
1. Detail-oriented
2. Quick learner, able to take initiative
3. Collaborator with ad agency and project management experience
4. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
5. Able to manage multiple projects with ease

what are the top 3-5 skills requirements that would be nice to have-but not required?
1. Digital Experience
2. Client engagement and facing skills
3. Print-production experience

KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS:
• Understand the Agency Workflow Process including project initiation and kickoff, collaboration, necessary approvals, production and archiving.
• Demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrate the ability to prioritize and multi-task to enhance productivity and manage workload.
• Possess ability to work in a high-volume, rapidly paced environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor degree required
• 5-10 years of ad agency experience required (minimum) within the last 3-5 years, project management experience a plus
• 1-5 years of pharmaceutical (not healthcare) experience within the agency
• Excellent communications skills: verbal, presentation, written
• High energy, positive, organized individual who is comfortable in a high-visibility role
• Great collaborator with ability to focus on both the big picture and small details.
