Our global pharmaceutical client is seeking 2 Creative Project Managers to assist in driving projects at their internal ad agency. This person will be project managing complex projects and working with internal stakeholders to bring projects thru completion. This person will work closely with an account manager to help coordinate daily activities and the ongoing relationship with respective brand teams.
**Projects will be 60% digital and 40% print
Responsibilities:
- Understand the Agency Workflow Process including project initiation and kickoff, collaboration, necessary approvals, production and archiving.
- Understand guidelines including, but not limited to, corporate branding, promotional material development, Veeva PromoMats review and corporate compliance
- Demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrate the ability to prioritize and multi-task to enhance productivity and manage workload.
- Possess ability to work in a high-volume, rapidly paced environment.
- Develop and update project timelines from initiation to completion across internal departments
- Assist on print, digital and video projects, including trafficking all projects through the Agency.
- Help facilitate ongoing, timely and accurate communications to ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications or other relevant field required
- 5-10 years of ad agency experience required (minimum) within the last 3-5 years, project management experience a plus
- 1-5 years of pharmaceutical (not healthcare) experience within an agency preferred
- Background in account or client services from an agency will also be considered
- Excellent communications skills: verbal, presentation, written
- High energy, positive, organized individual who is comfortable in a high-visibility role
- Great collaborator with ability to focus on both the big picture and small details
