The Suffolk County PBA Benefit Fund is seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional support to our office, and membership. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented and enjoys helping others.

Duties:
- Provide customer service support via phone, email, or in-person
- Responding promptly to benefit inquiries and addressing concerns in a professional manner.
- Utilize computer literacy to accurately complete data entry tasks.
- Provide clerical support, including preparing correspondence, and other materials.
- Process member reimbursements
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette, friendly, and professional in all interactions.


Qualifications:
- Experience as an Administrative Assistant
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, QuickBooks
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with computerized systems and data entry.
- Friendly and professional demeanor, with excellent phone etiquette.
