We are looking for a conscientious and committed individual to add value through this field support level 2 position.  Our environment is fast-paced and growing.  This is a great opportunity if you have worked within the fields of inspections, construction or real estate. 

We are a primary leader in the real estate industry because of our commitment to excellence. 

Responsibilities would include oversight of inspections for properties in our inventory, familiarity with each property to clearly document changes, possible issues, and/or progress with repairs and renovations.  Ability to determine hazardous conditions or safety issues and communicate any concerns to our property preservation department.  Clear communication and meeting required timelines are a must.

Complete and detailed training will be given to bring you to a comfort level to properly perform your inspections to meet expectations.  If you have a good work ethic and are motivated to learn we can teach you
