Human Resources Associate - 6 Months, Temporary - San Rafael - $35 - $40/hour
 
Immediate, temporary need for a collaborative and tech-savvy Human Resources Associate for this project based role. Your unwavering commitment to accuracy, meticulous attention to detail, and advanced technical/software skills are essential to success in this key role. You will provide interdepartmental support via tracking/reporting on key compliance metrics, while fielding employee requests and questions.
 

  • Schedule: Full-time, Monday – Friday, standard business hours
  • Duration: 6+ months
  • Location: Hybrid/On site in San Rafael 3 days per week
  • Pay: $35 to $40/hour, depending on experience

 
Human Resources Associate duties:

  • Perform comprehensive compliance auditing, tracking and reporting
  • Conduct extensive data analysis in Excel
  • Provide interdepartmental support

 
Human Resources Associate qualifications:
 

  • Prior experience with HR compliance analysis and reporting
  • Technically adept with expert level MS Office Suite competency. Advanced Excel ++
  • 2+ years prior Human Resources or related experience
  • Bachelor’s degree highly preferred
