Mortgage Call Center Rep (Contract to Hire)-REMOTE

CornerStone has partnered with a local company in their search for a Mortgage Call Center Representative. We are seeking an experienced mortgage call center representative, with 2+ years of mortgage servicing background, able to field call from clients and research and address customer issues. They will required prior background in escrow analysis, credit bureau disputes and assistance with changes in accounts. The candidate will have experience working in a high volume call center and must be able to address the clients concerns or escalate them to other parties as needed.
Requirements for the Mortgage Call Center Rep:

  • Must have 2+ years of experience in Mortgage Servicing.
  • Prior experience working in a high volume inbound call center with in a mortgage servicing department
  • Experience with Mortgage Servicing Platform (MSP) preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strong data entry and verification skills.
  • Must have communication skills; verbal and written
  • Must be detail-oriented
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
