Role Responsibilities: The Customer Relations Call Center Specialist II is tasked with managing incoming calls from clients regarding their mortgage services, ensuring exceptional customer service and knowledgeable assistance to address client inquiries.
Key Duties Include:
- Managing internal and external calls from the message center, responding to client requests within designated timeframes.
- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards during customer interactions by clearly explaining policies and procedures with patience.
- Evaluating various customer service solutions and recommending the most suitable options to clients.
- Demonstrating a strong commitment to resolving customer issues while upholding a high standard of professionalism and service.
- Providing prompt and accurate responses to client inquiries regarding mortgage servicing.
- Conducting escrow analyses, processing account maintenance requests, handling payoff inquiries, and addressing credit bureau disputes.
- Adhering to operational controls, including legal, corporate, and regulatory protocols to safeguard customer mortgage assets.
- Maintaining composure and a friendly demeanor while managing challenging discussions with dissatisfied clients.
- Handling escalated calls and serving as a resource for fellow agents.
- Performing additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Mortgage Servicing.
- At least 2 years of experience in a call center environment.
- Experience with MSP is preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a high-volume call center with frequent distractions.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Capability to engage in quality interactions with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Aptitude for data entry and information verification.
- Strong communication skills, demonstrating empathy and effectiveness in customer interactions.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Capacity to prioritize and execute multiple tasks efficiently.
- Exemplary professionalism.
- Effective listening skills.
