Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and business development, preferably within the property maintenance or real estate industry. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and promoting our occupied maintenance and preservation services.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic business development plan to expand our client base for occupied maintenance and preservation services.
  • Identify and target potential clients, including landlords, property managers, and real estate investors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for growth.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement effective marketing campaigns and materials.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both the client and Stella Property Maintenance Group.
  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth on-boarding and satisfaction of new clients.
  • Track and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to senior management.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and maintain a thorough understanding of our services and capabilities.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably within the property maintenance or real estate industry.
  • Strong network within the property management, real estate, or related sectors.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field preferred.
