Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Scully Careers. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resident Care: Promptly respond to resident calls and provide top-notch customer service by following up with residents after repairs.
  • Property Maintenance: Conduct routine inspections of the property, including the grounds and routine upkeep, to ensure a safe and happy environment for residents.
  • Preventative Maintenance: Stay proactive about maintenance repairs and prepare apartments for move-in and turn-over.
  • On-Call: Participate in rotating on-call duties, which may include occasional weekends and evenings.
Requirements
  • Experience: Previous experience working on building maintenance is required.
  • Transportation: Dependable transportation to get to work and respond to on-call emergencies is necessary, along with a valid driver's license.
  • Residency: Primary residency within 30 minutes of the property is required.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to meet the physical demands of the job.
