Key Responsibilities- Resident Care: Promptly respond to resident calls and provide top-notch customer service by following up with residents after repairs.
- Property Maintenance: Conduct routine inspections of the property, including the grounds and routine upkeep, to ensure a safe and happy environment for residents.
- Preventative Maintenance: Stay proactive about maintenance repairs and prepare apartments for move-in and turn-over.
- On-Call: Participate in rotating on-call duties, which may include occasional weekends and evenings.
- Experience: Previous experience working on building maintenance is required.
- Transportation: Dependable transportation to get to work and respond to on-call emergencies is necessary, along with a valid driver's license.
- Residency: Primary residency within 30 minutes of the property is required.
- Physical Demands: Ability to meet the physical demands of the job.
