Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician with HVAC certification and experience to join our team at Lindy Property Management. As a key member of our Maintenance Department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our properties' HVAC systems, performing routine maintenance and repairs, and providing exceptional customer service to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair HVAC systems, including central heating and air conditioning units
  • Perform routine maintenance and tune-ups on HVAC systems
  • Read and interpret wiring diagrams and technical data
  • Understand refrigeration cycles and interpret pressure and temperature data
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as work orders, safety rules, and operating instructions
  • Familiarity with common tools and proficiency in unskilled and semi-skilled maintenance and repair tasks, including plumbing, electrical, and light carpentry work
  • Basic computer skills
  • Regular on-call service as part of a group rotation
  • Strong trouble-shooting skills
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of maintenance and HVAC experience in the property management industry
  • Live within 30 minutes of the property
  • Access to reliable transportation and a valid PA driver's license
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
