Salary: Commission-based + Bonuses

Job Overview:

We are seeking dynamic, self-motivated Door-to-Door Sales Agents to join our team and drive the adoption of solar energy in Los Angeles. This role involves educating homeowners about the financial and environmental benefits of solar power, leveraging the significant tax incentives and rebates available through the Inflation Reduction Act. You’ll play a critical role in helping families take advantage of these unprecedented savings while earning a lucrative income yourself.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Canvass assigned neighborhoods and engage homeowners in conversations about the benefits of solar energy.

  • Educate potential customers about the Inflation Reduction Act and how it can dramatically reduce the cost of installing solar panels.

  • Present our solar solutions and conduct a needs analysis to determine the best system for each home.

  • Close sales and manage customer relationships through the entire sales process.

  • Attend regular training sessions to stay updated on solar technology, market trends, and sales techniques.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

  • A passion for renewable energy and helping others.

  • Prior sales experience is a plus, but not required—we provide comprehensive training.

  • Must be comfortable with door-to-door sales and working in various weather conditions.
