Overview: PETROLINK ENERGY LLC is in search of a skilled professional with 3-5 years of substantial experience in transactional roles related to debt project financing and tax equity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Expertise in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various credit agreements, intercreditor arrangements, and collateral documentation.
- Proficient in handling tax equity transaction documents, including but not limited to equity capital contribution agreements and membership interest purchase agreements.
- Conduct thorough due diligence on essential project agreements such as joint venture agreements, feedstock contracts, and commodity purchase and sale agreements.
- Review and assess EPC/EPCM, O&M services, and transportation agreements.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of relevant transactional experience.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
