We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as an Energy Efficiency Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in helping our customers reduce their energy consumption and save money on their utility bills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install energy-efficient measures in residential homes, including smart thermostats, duct sealing, and low-flow showerheads.
  • Ensure that all installed measures are functioning properly and meet the required standards.
  • Provide excellent customer service and educate customers on the benefits of energy-efficient measures.
  • Work effectively with our service call department to attend to customer requests and resolve any issues.
  • Attend company meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and best practices.
  • Be responsible for company equipment and vehicles, and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Prior experience in HVAC installation or a related field is preferred.
  • Ability to work with hands and tools, and knowledge of basic and power tools.
  • Bilingual skills are a plus.
