Job DescriptionJob Description

Policy Services works to provide support and service to existing and expired insurance policies. Under the direction of management, the support staff will be responsible for reviewing and processing daily correspondence and policy service requests received from brokers, carriers and MGA’s via telephone, mail and e-mail. Additionally, support services will assist with other office responsibilities as needed.

Duties include but are not limited to:

-Responsible for scanning, imaging and disbursing daily correspondence between carriers and producers

-Process cancellations and reinstatements according to company workflows

-Administer the Policy Service, Nexsure and Info Inboxes sending out for all requests such as loss runs and endorsements as requested, and attaching correspondence to our agency management system accordingly

-Process broker fee and deposit checks according to company workflows

-Manage Policy Follow Up, Endorsement, Loss Runs, Final Audits and other daily activities in Nexsure

-Communicate effectively between our carriers and producers providing stellar customer service on existing and expired policies

-Order office supplies on a monthly basis, or as needed

-Back-up receptionist and field calls accordingly

-Manage projects as assigned and provide office backup

Requirements:

-To become proficient in Nexsure and Ironwood standards and procedures
