**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled Front Office Manager to oversee daily operations at our dance studio. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, managing accounts, and maintaining efficient front desk operations. Hours are mid afternoon through evenings. 7:30pm

**Duties:**

- Manage front office operations answering emails, calling and emailing leads, booking trials, and enrollments.

- Manage accounts receivable, set tuition

- Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer concerns or complaints promptly

- Maintain accurate records for leads and trials

- Coordinate with the owner to ensure payments and systems regarding the business well-maintained

- Monitor and manage the studios online booking platforms

- Implement and enforce policies and procedures

- Process payments, charge accounts, manage billing

**Experience:**

- Previous experience in managing accounts, management of a front office and or billing department

- Strong customer service skills with a focus on detail

- Proficiency in using mac systems and computer software

- Attention to detail and accounting
