The Role

We are a leading provider of commercial contracting and design build services, looking for a talented Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. You’ll be at the heart of our growth, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients. Your ability to build rapport, negotiate deals, and exceed targets will be key to your success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Expand our portfolio by identifying and fostering new customer relationships.
  • Engage in extensive outbound communication including cold calls, emails, and targeted campaigns to attract new business.
  • Manage your book of business to maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline across different stages of the sales cycle.
  • Use our proprietary software for daily tasks such as client prospecting, market research, and tracking shipments.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Customer Support, and Operations, to ensure service excellence and client retention.

The Person

  • You have 2-5 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in logistics.
  • Proven track record of successful sales and deal-closing.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively negotiate and build relationships.
  • A proactive approach to learning about the competitive landscape, market trends, and customer needs.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
