Job Summary: Join the Home Office Team of the number one seller of Franchise Travel in the United States for 18 years in a row, with a growing footprint in all 50 states. We’re looking for an amazing individual to oversee our Strategic Partnerships, the ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, fostering and developing third party strategic partnerships, monitoring success of marketing initiatives, preparing annual budget, analyzing sales results and leveraging Cruise Planners proprietary technology to optimize opportunities. This role will also require collaborating primarily with the sales and marketing departments to strategically leverage opportunities to promote Cruise Planners exclusive offers and amenities in third party marketing initiatives and events. Additionally, the Manager of Strategic Partnerships will oversee the criteria set forth for the selection of Cruise Planners travel advisors in the program, establish communication cadence and provide support to this group as necessary.


Must be eligible to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship.

Must be local to the South Florida Region and have the ability to work in office 3 days per week in Coral Springs.


Responsibilities:


  • Continue to foster and manage current Strategic Partnerships, establish individual and group communication cadence
  • Review individual strategic partnership opportunities for marketing initiatives and analyze investment
  • Establish, monitor and oversee marketing budget
  • Evaluate the success of the various marketing programs and adjust as needed to optimize future marketing opportunities
  • Analyze and report on overall revenue generated by individual strategic partner
  • Collaborate with sales & marketing to fulfill annual marketing plan and review incremental marketing opportunities
  • Ensure marketing deadlines are met, collateral targets the right consumer audience and demographic
  • Manage the selection of advisors in the program and all communication with advisor
  • Audit incoming leads (calls, web, etc.) to ensure the program’s success
  • Ensure advisors in the program are active and engaged, and leveraging Cruise Planners technology, logging into the softphone system taking supplier partners certification courses required, etc.
  • Schedule and host quarterly (or more if needed) review calls with the advisor group to ensure they are aware of all opportunities and program details
  • Identify future opportunities to engage with third party strategic partners for continued growth
  • Coordinate opportunity to participate in strategic partners events at clubs, meetings, etc.
  • Ability to travel and represent Cruise Planners at various events. Approximate 10% travel required
  • Infuses a positive, overall entrepreneurial spirit to the internal and external customer
  • Other related duties as assigned

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 5+ years related experience
