  • In-depth knowledge of DOTMLPF-P, understanding its critical role in strategic planning.
  • Extensive experience in Training, Space Testing, and the Program Objective Memorandum (POM) process.
  • Adept at providing strategic advice and technical guidance to program and project teams and senior leadership.
  • Proven ability to consult with clients, defining needs, translating them into operational plans, and effectively presenting to senior leadership.
  • Proficient in crafting professional reports and presentations, distilling complex information into clear, concise summaries.
  • Strong analytical skills for evaluating and optimizing mission-critical challenges and client-specific needs.
  • Expertise in integrating requirements across multiple domains.
  • Effective in building relationships and partnerships at all leadership levels within organizations.

  • Master's degree in a related field (MA/MS/ME).
  • Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of education.
