Position Summary:

The Head of Channel Partnerships will play a pivotal role in developing and managing channel alliances, with a focus on revenue generation and expanding our customer reach in various market segments. This position is crucial for executing our channel strategy and will allow you to make a significant impact from the outset, driving our go-to-market initiatives forward.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and cultivate relationships with channel partners to drive revenue growth across various platforms, including resellers and affiliates.
  • Expand our customer base and revenue through strategic partnership opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to strategize, implement, and optimize pipeline generation initiatives for both new and existing partners.
  • Develop and oversee the channel partner strategy, continuously refining tactics to enhance performance.
  • Establish and maintain ideal partner profiles, tracking engagement and revenue metrics to report to leadership.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize partner relationships and evolve our service offerings.
  • Build a scalable Channel/Partner organization to support revenue growth and ensure long-term partner success.
  • Enhance team efficiency and productivity through process improvements.
  • Provide accurate forecasts and achieve revenue targets through effective solution selling.
  • Implement account development strategies that align with partner goals to boost revenue and satisfaction.
  • Negotiate agreements in line with company policies.
  • Utilize CRM tools to document activities and maintain clear communication regarding opportunities.
  • Foster a culture of success and achievement within the team.
  • Collaborate with leadership to ensure alignment and communication across the market.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities, providing insights to leadership.
  • Continuously assess new market opportunities for growth.
  • Represent the partner community in strategic planning.
  • Exhibit strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Attend industry events to strengthen relationships and drive business development.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in growth-focused roles, particularly in sales or partnerships, with at least 5 years in business development or strategic partner management within B2B SaaS environments.
  • Demonstrated success in driving revenue and customer growth through channel partnerships.
  • Proven ability to generate revenue through both direct and channel sales strategies.
  • Strong presentation skills and experience in building relationships with senior executives.
  • Ability to influence and establish strong connections with decision-makers at all levels.
  • Experience in navigating challenges and adapting strategies based on lessons learned.
  • A growth-oriented mindset, leveraging insights from partners to enhance our partnership approach.
  • Ownership mentality with a focus on continuous improvement and problem-solving.
