POSITION SUMMARY:

The role involves the formulation and execution of the marketing strategic framework, focusing on the identification of new target demographics, enhancement of public relations, and the coordination of product offerings, as well as the promotion and representation of Infinity Healthcare Consulting.


CORE COMPETENCIES:
Formulates, implements, and oversees a documented marketing strategic framework.
Collaborates with the Program Director to develop and manage marketing initiatives and related concerns.
Engages in the crafting of marketing strategies.
Produces pitch correspondence, press releases, and both internal and external newsletters on a quarterly basis.
Establishes business agreements with targeted organizations, programs, insurance providers, and managed-care entities.
Builds networks and partnerships with local and national service providers for special initiatives.
Coordinates conference activities and enhances exhibitors' presentations.

Accountable for the comprehensive execution of marketing strategies, media relations efforts, promotional activities through various media channels, and the promotion of public and promotional events, including press releases, feature articles, television segments, special events for educational institutions, workshops, website enhancements, and promotional communications to service providers and professional contacts.

Develops a comprehensive database of professional contacts beyond the existing Infinity Healthcare Consulting network.

Collaborates and supports other marketing representatives within Infinity Healthcare Consulting to ensure the effective execution of general marketing responsibilities, including:

assisting in the cultivation of professional service relationships, direct marketing initiatives, conferences, and follow-ups with contacts.
Maintains an understanding of the organization's administrative and clinical operations.

Provides insights regarding eating disorders in response to local and national inquiries, conferences, presentations, and interactions with professional contacts.

Creates and maintains an organized database of current and prospective referral sources.
Designs and promotes educational and marketing seminars, lectures, workshops, online activities, and professional newsletters.
Develops, implements, and facilitates outreach workshop programs.

Submits monthly reports detailing weekly marketing activities, including daily visits, calls, follow-ups, correspondence, and networking events.

A quarterly report will summarize monthly activities, demographics, and referral data.
Assists the clinical team with the referral process for discharging clients.
Implements business agreements with professional networks as required.
Contributes as a collaborative member of the Infinity Healthcare Consulting staff.
Undertakes special projects and additional responsibilities as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:
A Bachelor's degree or Master's degree is preferred.
A solid understanding of the disease concepts of anorexia, bulimia, and other eating disorders, along with treatment considerations.
Two (2) years of experience in administration and marketing management is essential.
The ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
Proven skills in public speaking and professional writing.
