We are searching for an outgoing, people-oriented, tech savvy Customer Service Representative / Support Specialist that will be the primary contact for all of our customers’ service and support needs. If you like taking electronics apart and putting them back together, have ever built your own PC, set up a home security system, or even simply helped someone set up their new iPhone, you are the candidate we are looking for 

Essential Job Functions:

Provide traditional customer service support, i.e. answering phones, processing orders, coordinating delivery schedules, scheduling trucks, resolving invoicing issues, etc.

  • Provide technical assistance and support for incoming calls related to proprietary software
  • Assist customers with questions related to roadside equipment including equipment operation (mechanical and electrical) cellular modems, sensors, and cameras.
  • Setting up accounts for new users and demonstrate how to operate the proprietary software
  • Manage/facilitate cellular modem, sensor, and camera RMA’s.
  • Create & maintain training manuals on job relevant processes.
  • Testing new technology

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • High School Diploma required
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Technologically savvy – have a working knowledge of information technologies and systems including electrical troubleshooting.
  • Eagerness to learn
  • An understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem – basic Excel skills are a must
  • 2 years of customer service experience (preferred)
