We are seeking a dedicated and strategic Key Account Management Consultant to join our team full-time. The Key Account Management Consultant will play a pivotal role in managing and growing relationships with our key clients, ensuring their satisfaction, retention, and expansion of business opportunities.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with key clients, serving as their primary point of contact and advocate within the organization.
  2. Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough needs assessments and regular business reviews with key clients to understand their goals, challenges, and requirements.
  3. Account Planning: Develop and implement strategic account plans aligned with clients' business objectives, growth opportunities, and expansion potential.
  4. Cross-Selling and Upselling: Identify opportunities for additional products or services that align with clients' needs and collaborate with internal teams to execute cross-selling and upselling strategies.
  5. Problem Resolution: Proactively address and resolve client issues, concerns, or escalations, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolution to maintain client satisfaction.
  6. Contract Management: Manage contract renewals, negotiations, and amendments in collaboration with legal and finance departments, ensuring terms are favorable and aligned with client expectations.
  7. Strategic Advisory: Provide strategic advice, insights, and recommendations to clients based on industry knowledge, market trends, and best practices to drive business growth and optimize outcomes.
  8. Performance Tracking: Monitor key account performance metrics, such as revenue growth, profitability, customer satisfaction, and retention rates, and take corrective actions as needed.
  9. Collaboration and Coordination: Collaborate closely with internal teams (e.g., sales, marketing, operations) to align client needs with company capabilities and ensure seamless delivery of services.
  10. Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present regular performance reports, forecasts, and insights to management and clients, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
