- Monitor monthly performance metrics and take immediate corrective actions as needed.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive account plans, reviewed and approved by sales managers.
- Ensure seamless transition of new business into operations.
- Conduct regular review sessions with customers to foster continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5+ years of Global Account Sales experience
- Experience with logistics processes and solutions
