Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Curriculum Development: Design and develop comprehensive financial education curricula, workshops, seminars, and online resources tailored to different age groups, demographics, and learning objectives.
  2. Content Creation: Create engaging and informative educational materials, including presentations, guides, articles, videos, and interactive tools, to promote financial literacy and understanding.
  3. Program Delivery: Facilitate and deliver financial education workshops, webinars, and training sessions to individuals, groups, schools, community organizations, and corporate clients.
  4. Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients, partners, and stakeholders to assess financial education needs, customize programs, and deliver impactful educational initiatives.
  5. Financial Coaching: Provide one-on-one or group financial coaching sessions, offering personalized guidance on budgeting, saving, investing, debt management, and financial goal setting.
  6. Evaluation and Assessment: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of financial education programs and initiatives through feedback surveys, assessments, and performance metrics.
  7. Partnership Development: Cultivate relationships with schools, colleges, universities, nonprofits, businesses, and government agencies to expand outreach and promote financial education initiatives.

Skills Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Education, or related field (Master's degree, CFP certification, or relevant credentials preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Financial Education Specialist, Financial Coach, Educator, or in a similar role with a focus on financial literacy and education.
  • Deep knowledge of financial concepts, including budgeting, saving, investing, debt management, retirement planning, and financial decision-making.
  • Strong curriculum development skills with the ability to create engaging, interactive, and accessible educational materials.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex financial concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Empathy and interpersonal skills to engage and motivate individuals in financial learning and behavior change.
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail in program planning, scheduling, and logistical coordination.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
