Senior Curriculum Specialist (Senior Trainer):

  • Experienced developing in-person and online training programs and mentoring staff.
  • Responsible for assisting in the creation and/or selection of course content and materials for training programs.
  • Develop programs collaboratively, utilizing subject matter experts and informally connecting with experts, mentors, and colleagues.
  • Ensure that training methods, content, and equipment are appropriate.
  • Confers often with government officials of other departments to identify training and curriculum requirements.
  • Align curriculum with the organization's goals, develop and implement training programs, update training programs to ensure that they are relevant, monitor curricula delivery methods and skills of instructors and supervisors, and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.

Qualifications:

This position requires a Master's degree in Education or a related field with at least ten years of experience from an accredited university or college.
