Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor culinary teams to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve operational objectives and financial targets.
  • Drive continuous improvement in menu offerings, food quality, and service standards.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their culinary needs and preferences.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and internal policies.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, and take corrective actions as needed.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Optimize resource allocation and oversee kitchen operations to maximize efficiency.
  • Participate in menu planning, recipe development, and cost control efforts.
  • Resolve escalated customer issues and ensure prompt and effective solutions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative practices into operations.

Required Qualifications:
