Are you an entrepreneurial spirit who loves problem-solving? We’re on the lookout for a compassionate Estate Transition Team Leader to join our Caring Transitions family

Experience working with Estate Sales, Real Estate agents, eBay resellers, and managing a team is a big plus - need a passion for helping others with attention to detail.

Caring Transitions of Greater Worcester provides older adults and their families with much-needed services such as:

  • Downsizing and sorting their home for personal belonging sale
  • Determining what is a donation and what is an item of value to sell on our online estate auction
  • Moving and unpacking to resettle a client into a retirement community
Compensation:

$20 - 22 hourly to start DOE

Responsibilities:
  • A working team leader manage a job with attention to detail as every job is different as we work in seniors' homes
  • Sort through a client’s house to determine what’s a donation, what’s of value to be sold, or what is to be trashed
  • Have an eye for detail, selecting household items to be grouped into lots and photographed for online auction sales
  • Safely pack/unpack and resettle the client’s household items at the new residence
  • Prompt and regular attendance on assigned shifts, with flexible scheduling
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments, set priorities, and adapt to changing conditions at the job site
  • Other duties assigned as needed
Qualifications:
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Good working knowledge of social media engagement
  • Ability to interact with co-workers and function well in a team environment
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license

Compensation:

  • $20 per hour or more to start based on your experience, we are very busy, sometimes have a day or so down time between starting the next job. As you are trained and learn our business, you will earn more with the growth of responsibilities of the team leader position, as we are always on the hunt for talent to help us grow - Complete Industry Training Provided.

Physical/Environmental Requirements:

  • Frequent walking, standing, and/or lifting
  • Paid Industry Training Provided
  • Due to the nature of the position and the clients we deal with, we are a nonsmoking company.
