Role Summary:

The District Manager will serve as the primary leader for our portfolio of facilities within the designated region. This role is pivotal in driving growth and profitability across district operations while embodying the leadership, vision, and strategic direction of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and execute strategies to meet sales objectives and enhance the portfolio's net operating income (NOI).
  • Foster and propel exceptional operational performance across the assigned business portfolio.
  • Motivate, guide, and develop team members to achieve their full potential.
  • Oversee and enhance sales, cost efficiency, employee management, and safety protocols.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for business performance enhancement.
  • Uphold all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
  • Manage employee performance, including recruitment, termination, disciplinary actions, and professional development.
  • Address escalations and approvals promptly and thoroughly.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred; an Associate degree or equivalent experience is required.
  • A minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in multi-unit retail sales or service operations.
  • Ability to work autonomously with minimal oversight while effectively leading a team.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills.
  • Proven track record of fostering ownership and accountability within a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and navigate frequent interruptions.
  • Ability to perform well under pressure and consistently meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
  • Physical capability to meet job requirements, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Willingness to travel within the district and to other locations as required by the company.

Compensation Package:

  • Competitive salary range: $100k - $130k, negotiable for the right candidate.
