Role Summary:

The District Manager will serve as the principal leader for our network of stores within the designated region. This position entails full accountability for the growth and profitability of district operations while embodying the leadership, vision, and strategic direction of the organization in its market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and execute strategies to meet sales objectives and enhance the portfolio's net operating income (NOI).
  • Drive operational excellence across the assigned portfolio of businesses.
  • Motivate, lead, and cultivate the team.
  • Oversee and enhance sales performance, cost management, employee relations, and safety protocols.
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to elevate business performance.
  • Uphold all organizational policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
  • Manage employee performance, including recruitment, termination, disciplinary actions, and professional development.
  • Address escalations and approvals promptly and thoroughly.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related discipline preferred; an Associate degree or equivalent experience is required.
  • A minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in multi-unit retail sales/service operations.
  • Ability to work autonomously with minimal oversight while effectively leading teams.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills.
  • Proven track record of fostering ownership and accountability within a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and navigate frequent interruptions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to maintain a flexible schedule, including weekends.
  • Must be capable of fulfilling some physical job requirements (ability to lift 50 lbs).
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Willingness to travel within the district and to other locations as required by the organization.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Competitive salary range: $100k - $130k, negotiable for the right candidate.
