Overview:

USAN, a leader in customer engagement CCaaS solutions, is actively seeking a dynamic Senior Sales Executive to join our esteemed sales team. The ideal candidate will own the end-to-end GTM business plan and execute strategies to grow customer adoption across verticalized segments. As the principal account manager, you'll set long-term strategies, execute daily operations, and collaborate with AWS as an ISV partner with multiple GTM goals to achieve business revenue objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with all aspects of the customer’s organization, including C-level executives within the contact center space.
  • Build and maintain broad relationships, develop opportunities, manage, and collaborate across a large team of extended resources.
  • Sell strategically at the C-level, implementing a comprehensive strategy for customer acceptance and service implementation.
  • Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities within designated business size and vertical.
  • Collaborate with AWS peers to support customer interests, advocating for the customer in harmony with AWS business needs.
  • Accelerate customer adoption through a comprehensive GTM strategy, achieving customer outcomes and exceeding revenue goals.
  • Execute complex deals, create compelling value propositions, and leverage relationships for AWS services adoption.
  • Conduct outbound prospecting using various channels and collaborate with Marketing to engage Marketing Qualified Leads.
  • Engage with MQLs to understand their business challenges, assess alignment with solutions, and drive nurturing programs.
  • Develop a profound understanding of USAN’s CCaaS products and services, articulate value propositions, and conduct virtual presentations.
  • Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets, negotiate and close deals aligned with corporate goals.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with other departments for process improvements and an impeccable customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system.


Basic Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of direct sales or business development experience in software, cloud, or SaaS markets selling to C-level executives.
  • History of outcome-based executive engagement.
  • BA/BS degree required or equivalent.
  • Technical background in engineering, computer science, or MIS a plus.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in direct sales, preferably with a background in selling SaaS products and professional services in a technology-related industry.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • High emotional intelligence and experience influencing technology and purchase decisions.
  • Large complex deal negotiations with a successful track record.
  • Ability to navigate across the customer’s technical staff as a trusted advisor.
  • Business Development and/or Partner Management experience is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of technology and cloud computing.
