Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Estimator. The Senior Estimator will be responsible for analyzing project plans and specifications, preparing accurate cost estimates, and providing detailed project proposals. They will collaborate with outside sales team and managers to ensure estimating success and accuracy.


Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and practices (Siding/Roofing specifically)
  • Experience in estimating and bidding for residential/multifamily construction projects
  • Proficiency in using estimating software and tools like PlanSwift/Bluebeam/other
  • Excellent analytical and mathematical skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)



Education and Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associates or Bachelors degree (Preferred)
  • Siding or other Exterior Estimating: Minimum 2 years (Preferred)

Pay

Based on Experience (60k-100k)
