Our Opportunity
Midwest Sales Representative - Resinous / Epoxy Flooring Systems
The Sales Representative performs various tasks to ensure growth, revenue, and profitability of Resinous Flooring Installations in the Midwest Territory. Critical to the success of the position includes: Customer lead generations, obtaining sales within assigned region, revenue growth and market penetration, expense management, existing customer management and new customer development.
Key duties include:
- Develop, maintain relationships and provide technical support to general contractors, architects and builders throughout the region.
- Promote and increase product awareness through presentations, job site visits, phone conversations, and e-mail communications.
- Source and follow up on leads for a variety of construction projects.
Ideal candidate should have:
- Have 3+ years in Resinous / Epoxy Flooring industry.
- Currently in a business development role in the industry.
- Enjoy customer service and developing long lasting relationships.
- Have ability to be versatile and work independently while still operating within a team environment.
- Able to quickly build trusted, honest relationships with current and new customers at multiple levels within a business.
- Quickly take action on customer concerns, investigate situations and recommend solutions.
- Advanced MS Office skills.
