Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

At MSC Industrial Supply Co., we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue expansion in the assigned region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expansion in the assigned region.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and operations, to align sales strategies and drive business results.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of sales experience in a similar industry or role.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
