RESPONSIBILITIES:
The responsibilities of the Commercial Sales Specialist include, but are not limited to:

Market Research and Analysis

  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and customer needs
  • Analyze industry trends, market conditions, and competitors
  • Develop strategies to capitalize on market opportunities
Business Development
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the HVAC commercial sector
  • Develop and implement business plans and strategies
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales goals
Customer Relationship Management
  • Manage and nurture relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction along with addressing any issues or concerns promptly
  • Coordinate with company departments to provide tailored HVAC solutions to customers
Sales and Marketing
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote the company’s products and services
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to potential customers
Strategic Planning
  • Develop and implement long-term business strategies
  • Set and achieve revenue targets and growth objectives
  • Monitor and report on commercial business activities
Team Collaboration
  • Work closely with company departments to ensure seamless execution of projects
  • Provide training and support to branches on products and services
  • Foster a collaborative high performing work environment

Qualifications:
Required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
  • Proven leadership and coaching experience.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to analyze market data and develop business strategies
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial sales, business development or related field
Desired
  • HVAC industry knowledge
  • CRM Eclipse knowledge
