Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop detailed bid proposals that encompass a thorough breakdown of labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor expenses.
  • Generate precise and timely cost estimates for various commercial roofing construction initiatives.
  • Keep abreast of industry developments, pricing changes, and regulatory standards to maintain competitiveness and compliance.
  • Work closely with the sales team to evaluate project opportunities and create accurate project scopes, budgets, and timelines.
  • Facilitate the transition of awarded bids to the Production team, ensuring a seamless project initiation and execution.
  • Engage in pre-bid discussions to align project expectations.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in commercial roofing estimation.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial and industrial roofing system designs.
  • Proficient in conducting project take-offs.
  • Familiarity with Excel, On-Screen Takeoff, and Pictometry is advantageous.
  • Ability to interpret roofing plans and specifications is a plus.
