Vice President of Sales - Programmatic Advertising (Remote - US)

A leading data fusion company at the forefront of programmatic advertising seeks a highly motivated Vice President of Sales to spearhead its programmatic advertising services and lead its national sales team. The Ideal Candidate

  • Minimum ten years of progressive sales management experience, with at least six years in programmatic advertising
  • Proven track record of success selling into agencies, particularly tiers 1/2/3
  • Strong leadership skills, including the ability to coach and mentor a growing team

  • Post-secondary degree in a related field (required)

The Opportunity

This remote position offers a competitive base salary, a variable bonus structure with the potential to double your base, and significant equity potential. Responsibilities

  • Manage national key accounts, fostering strong relationships with both agencies and advertisers.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive national online strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Lead and inspire the online national sales team, providing coaching and mentorship.
  • Craft high-quality sales presentations that effectively communicate the company's value proposition.
  • Negotiate annual sales deals, securing successful outcomes for the company.
  • Set and achieve ambitious sales targets, demonstrating a strong understanding of sales measurement.
  • Possess a strong understanding of media planning, traffic operations, and yield management to optimize campaign performance.
