Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced VP of Sales to lead our North American sales operation for an emerging leader in web accessibility. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and managing high-performing sales teams in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base
  • Build and lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and exceed expectations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Utilize data-driven insights to inform sales decisions and optimize sales processes
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales and sales technology
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in software sales with a proven track record of success
  • Experience building and managing high-performing sales teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales acceleration platforms
