VP Sales Enterprise Software New York

We are seeking an experienced VP of Sales to lead our North American sales operation for an emerging leader in web accessibility. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and managing high-performing sales teams in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base
- Build and lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and exceed expectations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Utilize data-driven insights to inform sales decisions and optimize sales processes
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales and sales technology
- 5+ years of experience in software sales with a proven track record of success
- Experience building and managing high-performing sales teams in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales acceleration platforms
